Eaglesham Primary School serves the village of Eaglesham, Waterfoot and the surrounding rural areas. Almost all pupils transfer to Mearns Castle High School, the associated Secondary School. The roll is 410, and the Staff roll is 55.
There is a Nursery Class on campus serving 112 pre-school pupils with a staff of one Teacher, one Senior Child Development Officer and four Child Development Officers.
