Bikeability Scotland Level 2<\/em> teaches pupils how to ride safely on the road and how to tackle basic junctions. This takes place on quiet roads that have been risk assessed by a qualified Cycle Trainer.\u00a0 Children in Primary 6 have the opportunity to experience Bikeability Level 2.<\/p>\n

“I learned so much.\u00a0 The turns were quite hard at first, but after lots of practise, I got really good at them.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

“I loved being out on the road with real traffic.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

“The instructors were really encouraging and helped me to improve.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

“I really hope to do Bikeability Level 3 in Primary 7.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

“I’m a Junior Road Safety Officer, so I will be helping Primary 5 with their Level 1 training – I can’t wait!”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
