Healthy habits

In nursery we try to discuss and adopt healthy habits that are good for our bodies and our minds.

  • We are physically active – gym hall, Little Garden, Secret Garden, yoga
  • We spend time outdoors every day
  • We brush our teeth
  • We help to choose and prepare snack before eating with our friends
  • We evaluate our learning and development and think about next steps
  • We celebrate our successes and achievements
  • We try to be kind and include everyone
