It has reverted to the system that was in place before the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p id=\"_QOCyzXbRwogsy5\" dir=\"ltr\">Essentially, this means that the appeals process <strong>does not involve schools sending away alternative evidence <\/strong>as was the case last year.<\/p>\n<p id=\"_lm8Lm3TSwjjgqp\" dir=\"ltr\">The appeals <strong>process remains free <\/strong>and will allow <strong>all learners to request a clerical check<\/strong> of their exam script by a senior examiner if they feel they have not got the result they deserve or feel they should have received.<\/p>\n<p id=\"_Scq7cHrel7TJbL\" dir=\"ltr\">The appeals proves will be covered in more detail with the publication of the <strong>\u2018My Exams\u2019 booklet <\/strong>in the coming weeks.
