In S2 students will learn the following four topics:

Topic 1 – Friends

Physical appearances. Describing friends’ personalities. Activities you do with friends. Talking about how you get on with your friends.

Topic 2 – Pocket-money, Money, Shopping & Fashion

Talking about pocket-money, who gives you money, how much, what you do with your money. Household chores. Shopping for clothes and talking about fashion. Shopping for other items.

Topic 3 – Food, Drink & Healthy Living

Looking at healthy diets in French. Talking about keeping fit, sports and activities. Vocabulary for body parts andailments.

Topic 4 – Using the past tense

Talking about past holidays, what you did last weekend and what you did after school.

Homework

For all topics: weekly vocabulary learning and research work or written exercises.
