By studying Modern Studies students will gain knowledge of the major political, social and international issues in the world today.  Students should be able to describe these issues using relevant examples.  They will also learn to select and evaluate information and use evidence to detect and explain bias, make comparisons within and between complex sources and draw conclusions from them.
