Numeracy. I can say that a clock tells us the time.

“1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. That’s all the numbers on a clock. The hands point to the numbers.”

The children have been learning about time and how clocks tell us the time. The children helped to create a grandfather clock and clocks using re-cycled materials. As the children were doing so, they were able to discuss different times of the day and their real-life experiences.
