Blue Interest Table

This week the children in the upstairs playrooms were looking for blue objects and rectangle shapes.

Some children brought blue items from home. One of the children added a blue toothbrush to the blue table. “That’s blue.”

Colourful puzzles are also great learning tools for our younger children “ That’s a triangle, a made that”

Learning at home

At home there are lots of opportunities to learn about shape and colour. Why not go on a shape hunt with your child when out and about in the community or at the shops.
