The children in the upstairs playrooms enjoyed picking blackberries from the garden to eat at snack time. They then decided to mix blackberries and milk together to make a great smoothie.

Handful of blackberries
Whizz up all the ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender to make a delicious smoothie – serve straight away.
