Science and ice

The children had been exploring the ice and had been learning about its properties and how it changes from being a solid into a liquid. When the ice melted, the children expressed their disappointment and asked, “Where’s all the ice?” This led to going to the local shop and buying some bags of ice from the freezer. By doing so, the children learned of the process of making ice cubes.
