Lots of learning

“I don’t have a zero or ten.”

“This is the road, Mummy’s road. It takes us to see daddy. Smoke was coming out of Mummy’s car. This is Mummy’s car.”

One of the children was able to re-call a real life event that happened months ago. He was able to share this information in his learning journal with his Mum when she came to collect him.

Another child was interested in the number resource. He was sequencing the numbers and he noticed, “I don’t have a zero or ten.” The questioned was asked, “Where do you think we could find a zero and a ten.” He proceeded to look around the room and noticed the numbers on the learning wall and said, “There’s a zero and a ten.” He took the zero from the wall and placed it in order.
