Arthurlie Family Centre

The children were exploring Autumn colours and were investigating different techniques on how to create Autumn pictures. We used items such as rollers, toilet brushes (clean and brand new)and silicone brushes. This helped to have different effects and different patterns. The colours did start to merge and the children could notice the difference and could explain what colours they mixed to make another colour.  When they were playing outside the children turned the sand pit into a stage and were putting on a performance of singing and dancing. One child confidently performed some moves and sang parts of the Cheerleader song.

It’s green like a leaf.

I’ve made a muddy puddle.

“I can see you. You look big.”

“I can dance, I’ll show you.”
