  3. Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes with a toothpaste containing at least 1000pm fluoride.

The Fisher Family Do Ancient Eygpt

Anna has loved helping Grace, Calum and Alexander with their Google Classroom work. They had great fun creating a sarcophagus for Calum’s ancient Egypt project in 4.19.

Anna loved counting out and painting the pasta for the sarcophagus. She did really well remembering the pattern for the design. She also made a great mummy!

Nature

Today we are going to explore nature!

Activities

Lie in the garden and listen carefully, what can you hear? Do you hear birds singing and bees buzzing?

Use natural materials to build an insect hotel

Take a bark rubbing of a tree

Count how many different types of leaves you can spot

Draw a picture of flowers in your garden

How many different types of birds can you find

Hunt for different insects under stones and leaves, which types can you find?

Challenge!

Spot and identify three different butterflies or moths

Money

The last few months have seen most shopping trips being paid for through contact less payments. Today it is time to freshen up our money skills, hunt out all the loose change you can find and prepare to have fun!

Activities

Sort your coins into groups of the same coins

Place a 2p, 5p, 10p and 20p on the table then stack 1p coins next to them to show their increasing value

Name all the coins

Play the toy shop money game

Set up up a shop, remember to price all the items and then let your family come and shop

Challenge!

Ask your parents to help you set up a snack stop with snacks that cost different amounts. Then ask them to give you a daily budget. Then shop for snacks within your budget!
