It is important to keep our bodies moving and to exercise every day so today we are going to think about moving our bodies in different ways!

Activities

Draw and play a game of hopscotch

Play mirrors with a member of your family, whatever action one of you does the other needs to copy

Make chalk lines on the ground some straight, zig zagged and curvy then try to walk along them without losing your balance!

Pretend you are playing lots of different sports try football, skiing, basketball or hockey

Try some Yoga through Cosmic Kids
