Emotions
Keeping Active
It is important to keep our bodies moving and to exercise every day so today we are going to think about moving our bodies in different ways!
Activities
Draw and play a game of hopscotch
Play mirrors with a member of your family, whatever action one of you does the other needs to copy
Make chalk lines on the ground some straight, zig zagged and curvy then try to walk along them without losing your balance!
Pretend you are playing lots of different sports try football, skiing, basketball or hockey
Try some Yoga through Cosmic Kids
Challenge!
Create your own active game that you can play with family
Maths Through Play
Indy has been enjoying building with Duplo. This has allowed her to practise skills such as counting, number ordering and measuring – not forgetting the creativity, fine motor and language skills being developed. The list is endless!
Well done, Indy!
A Visit to Rouken Glen Park
