Super balancing skills, Holly!

To celebrate outdoor classroom day we are going to be taking our learning outside!

Activities

Pick and press some flowers

Try making petal perfume

Make faces out of natural materials

Have a picnic in the garden

Make a mud pie or mud soup

Create a fairy garden or dinosaur swamp

Learn how to skip

Count how many birds/insects/different plants you can find

Build a den and then relax in it with a healthy snack and a good book

As it was a bright sunny day Khadija played hopscotch with her sisters in the back garden. What a fun way to learn your numbers!

Here she is waving ‘hello’ to all the nursery teachers and her friends.

Violet opened a shop with her brother this week and sold various items. She also followed a local fairy trail in the woods and found lots of creatures as well as dinosaurs!

Ava is missing nursery but is enjoying using the home learning bags. She is also quite content hijacking her sister’s online learning.

She has had lots of fun including potion making, colouring in the dolls’ house, and garden camping.
