In the dinosaur books we have been enjoying there are lots of pictures of volcanoes, the children wanted to know what they were and then asked about the lava that they produced. To demonstrate how the lava would flow the children worked together to make their own mini volcano!
Harry Potter and the world of magic has caught the imagination of many of the children in the nursery. They have been writing spells, creating wands and sharing stories. Yesterday they came in to find a potion making space and many, many fabulous potions were discussed, measured and mixed!
The children have been asking all about money so we have followed their interests and this morning there was quite a queue at the cash machine!
