On Monday the 30th of May we were very lucky that an author by the name of A.F Steadman came to visit our school and present her lovely new book, Skandar and the Unicorn Thief. The blurb is , just as Skandar’s dream is about to come true, things start to take a more dangerous turn than he could ever have imagined. A dark and twisted enemy has stolen the Island’s most powerful unicorn – and as the threat grows ever closer, Skandar discovers a secret that could blow apart his world forever. She spoke about the characters, her inspiration and helped us come up with imaginary characters ourselves before creating a special story using these characters which she read for us.<\/span><\/p>\n
