In the RE department, we have introduced an Aspiring Catholic Teacher Scheme which aims to offer such pupils support with applications and interviews in addition to valuable experience in the classroom. Those who have signed up are already helping in classes and engaging with staff in short mentoring conversations about aspects of learning and teaching.
