Advanced Higher Modern Studies allows pupils to follow a more specific learning journey and learn skills that will prepare them for university and employment.

Young people in Advanced Higher study Crime and the Law within the two following study themes:

• Understanding Criminal Behaviour
• Responses by Society to Crime

Young people complete Advanced Higher by complete a 50 mark dissertation throughout the year and a 90 mark end of year exam.
