Thanks to everyone who supported our Malawi Coffee Morning this year. You helped us raise over £1300 for our sister school in Malawi. All our children had jobs to do for the event as well as performing Scottish songs and poems to keep everyone entertained. A fun packed day of real life learning and enterprise!

P5 Titanic Assembly
Thank you to all the parents and grand parents who came along today to see the P5 Titanic assembly. Thanks also to Mrs Woods who came and played the piano for them. The children did wonderfully well in telling the sad story of the legendary ship and acted out some scenes, sang some hymns and shared their thoughts and feelings about the story. Well done Mrs Nicholas and P5!
Dr Jamieson Visits P3b
Thanks to Dr Jamieson who is the aunt of one of our P3 pupils for coming in to help with the class’s ‘My Body’ topic. Dr Jamieson brought lots of interesting equipment to show the children who learned more about how the body works from her visit.
P7 Dance Festival
Well done to our fabulous P7 girls who performed wonderfully at the St Ninian’s dance festival on Tuesday 22nd February. The girls practised hard with help from their talented dance leaders from St Ninian’s and came up with an original routine which went down a storm on the night. Thanks also to Niamh’s sister who came along and did hair and makeup for the girls. Great show!
