Thanks to everyone who supported our Malawi Coffee Morning this year. You helped us raise over £1300 for our sister school in Malawi. All our children had jobs to do for the event as well as performing Scottish songs and poems to keep everyone entertained. A fun packed day of real life learning and enterprise!
Thanks to parents and retired members of staff who came along to help with our World of Work afternoon. The children enjoyed learning about the variety of jobs everyone had and found it a very informative session.
The P5s have been busy with an enterprising topic about elections. The children organised a campaign to elect a class captain with campaign speeches, ballot boxes and votes. The children took responsibility for all aspects of the event and we might see a few of them going into politics in the future!! Well done P5!
