Packs include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An overview\u00a0of how to run the sessions with a list of simple, everyday materials needed<\/li>\n<li>An activity sheet giving the club leader guidance on organising the activities; including a practical challenge for the learners, key facts, ideas for questions and further activities<\/li>\n<li>A fact sheet with some club packs for children to take home for further learning with family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd3b 5-7 Year Olds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/download\/4011\/?tmstv=1677500306\">Earth Explorers<\/a> &#8211; A series of science activities that consider aspects of environmental science, aimed at children of lower primary school age (5-7 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd3b 7-11 Year Olds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/download\/4003\/?tmstv=1677499527\">Eco Science<\/a> &#8211; A\u00a0series of eight activities related to recent research about the environment and climate science. Each activity is based on <a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/resources\/i-bet-you-didnt-know\/\">PSTT\u2019s I bet you didn\u2019t know&#8230;<\/a> resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udd3b <strong>9-12 Year Olds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/download\/4015\/?tmstv=1677500509\">Challenge Chasers<\/a> &#8211; A series of science activities aimed at children of upper primary age.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/download\/4007\/?tmstv=1677500013\">Engineering Our World<\/a> &#8211; A\u00a0series of activities which use famous scientists, engineers and artists as a springboard for group-based engineering activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udd3b<strong> Additional Support Needs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pstt.org.uk\/download\/4019\/?tmstv=1677500657\">Sensory Sparks<\/a> &#8211; Science focussed specifically towards pupils with additional support needs (ASN).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/5b072a8af79392cac386efed\/10283472-9e97-43a7-90ab-7ebc6cd70fa2\/CREST_Master_Logo_RGB.png\" alt=\"CREST Awards\" width=\"148\" height=\"116\" \/><\/p>\n<p>CREST Awards also provide challenging and thought provoking real-world STEM projects for young people of all ages which are ideal for running a STEM club. CREST entry fees are government subsidised in the UK and start at \u00a31 per learner. To choose the right one, consider the age and ability of your learners and the time they have available to do the Award.
