We are delighted to announce we have gained the Bronze award from UNICEF in recognition of our promotion of human rights.

Positive Learning Charter

The whole school was involved in designing this including staff and parents.

We chose 5 rights that you felt were the most relevant to our school:

1) The right to speak up and have opinions listened to and taken seriously by adults on things that affect you.

2) The right to be kept safe from harm and protected against violence

3) The right to the best health care possible, safe water to drink, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment.

4) The right to good quality education where teachers listen to you and your views.

5) The right to develop your skills and personality, learn about other’s rights, and prepare for adult life.
