Steph Surrey is 39 and a primary school teacher. She lives downstairs from her sister Nancy Clarke. Steph enjoys going to the cinema and card making. She volunteers at the Kidz club two nights a week

Jed Potts
Jed moved to Cariton when he won the lottery as he did not want people to know his success. He spends a lot of his time playing on line games and drinking energy drinks to keep him awake at night. During the day Jed tends to sleep or play his electric guitar. He is not very sociable and most people ignore him when they pass him in the street or think he is scary. He lives at 6 Doolittle cresent.
Brian Foss
Brian Foss is 52 years old and lives with his wife Eliza and daughter Ruby. He is their chief carer but supplements his earnings by puppy walking for Guide dogs for the blind, Brian enjoys cricket and plays for the village team
Sue Culpepper
Sue is a home carer for Cariton care. She has been working for the company for fifteen years. Her father Norman and sister Janet all share the care of her daughter and Janet’s son.
Mia Culpepper
Mia Culpepper is 3 years old and lives with her Mum, auntie Janet ,Grandfather and cousin Tommy.
Tommy Culpepper
Tommy Culpepper is 6 years old and lives at 18 Doolittle Crescent with his mum Janet, auntie Sue and her daughter Mia and grandfather. He goes to Cariton Community school and his best friend also called Tommy lives next door.
Allan Minto
Allan Minto is 69 and lives with his son Hamish at 3 Doolittle Crescent. He is diabetic and has become a wheelchair user since his right foot had to be amputated due to gangrene resulring from neuropathy that occured after his wife died and when his son wasaway at Drama college. His eyesight began to fail at the same time. Allan enjoys sitting in his garden with their cat Smudge
Naresh Sula
Naresh Sula is 58. He has three daughters Prema and identical twins Tina and Mina. His wife died after giving birth to the twins. Naresh is a social worker who is based at Cariton Care. He is part of the village cricket team.
Vera Lunn
Vera Lunn is 36. She is a singer on cruise ships and spends many months at sea. She was married to Milson Flinn 11 years ago but was divorced shortly after she gave birth to Tommy. Lee Lunn is her second husband and has given her family stability as he agreed to settle in Cariton shortly after Tommy began to walk. Vera’s mother in Law Kelina often stays with the family during school holidays.
Lee Lunn
Lee Lunn is 53 and is married to Vera and Step dad to Tommy Flinn. Lee was a chef on cruise liners when he was young but settled in Cariton after he married Vera. He works in Lee Lunn’s Oriental Buffet in the Leisure complex. Lee enjoys playing cricket for Cariton amateurs.
