Ramadan and Eid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have been celebrating and learning all about Islam, the month of Ramadan and the festival of Eid in the Beech class recently. \u00a0we have made height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<p>We also made the Ramadan crescent moon and star out of a paper plate and put a special challenge on the star for a friend to complete. \u00a0An important part of Ramadan is taking time to help others and being kind. \u00a0We set a \u2018be kind\u2019 challenge on our star for a friend to complete before the end of Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We also explored Arabic writing and language and completed a craft activity twitch our names written in Arabic. \u00a0We used Islamic art techniques and colours to decorate our names.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<p>We made a traditional chicken curry to help celebrate the end of Ramadan and the start of Eid. \u00a0We took some home for our family to try and the feedback was really
