Sciences \u2013 Caterpillar eating sensory bags"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Successful Learners\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Effective Contributors<\/p>\n<p>The Snowdrops have shown lots of interest in our new theme story, The Very Hungry Caterpillar.\u00a0 Everyone has responded well, exploring lots of story visual aids and pictures.\u00a0 We have also been learning some new Makaton signs for the different fruits and foods the hungry caterpillar ate.\u00a0 A favourite activity this week, has been creating sensory caterpillar bags and choosing different foods that we thought our caterpillars would like to eat.\u00a0 The Snowdrops showed interest and participated actively in using gel to fill their caterpillar\u2019s tummy, making personal choices and using their fingers to make the food
