Below are home learning activities for this week <\/p>\n
Literacy:<\/strong><\/p>\n Fill the bottom of a tray with flour, or pour some onto a table.<\/p>\n Trace different letters or lines into the flour.<\/p>\n For an added challenge, ask a family member to say different words and try to spell them in the flour.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Numeracy:<\/strong><\/p>\n Fill a sink or bath with some water.<\/p>\n Collect different bottles, jugs and cups. Use these to explore the volume or water each container can hold.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Health and Wellbeing:<\/strong><\/p>\n Have fun with your family and practice moving or walking like different animals.<\/p>\n You could walk like a money, slither like a snake or hop like a kangaroo!<\/p>\n Watch the video below for some different ideas.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n LGBT:<\/strong><\/p>\n The month of February is LGBT awareness month.<\/p>\n Listen to the story ‘And Tango Makes Three’ which talks about a family of penguins who are a little different.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Think about who is in your family.
