We learned how Penguins, Seals and Whales keep warm in freezing cold conditions. These animals have layers of blubber. The pupils tested this for themselves. They put a finger in ice water and felt that it was very cold and then they put a finger covered in &lsquo;blubber&rsquo; in the ice water.
