You can make all of these below or just choose 1. Even if you don&rsquo;t want to eat it, you could help make it for someone in your household <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\"&#128578;\"><\/p>\n<p>We have all chosen a snack\/dinner and taken a picture of it this week to show you some ideas. Enjoy! <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f37d.png\" alt=\"&#127869;\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/public\/wbankbluebells\/uploads\/sites\/9129\/2020\/06\/08080555\/Collage-2020-06-08-09_00_23.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Tortilla Pizza <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f355.png\" alt=\"&#127829;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nTortilla wrap<br \/>\nPassata<br \/>\nCheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nGrate cheese using a grater.<br \/>\nPour passata on the middle of your tortilla wrap.<br \/>\nSpread the passata with the back of a spoon (all the way to the edges).<br \/>\nSprinkle grated cheese on top.<br \/>\nAdd any additional toppings of your own choice.<br \/>\nPut in a preheated oven at 180&deg; for 8 mins.<br \/>\nCut into slices and enjoy <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\"&#128578;\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Chicken Fajitas <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f32e.png\" alt=\"&#127790;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nDiced chicken breasts<br \/>\nOnion<br \/>\nMixed peppers<br \/>\nFajita seasoning<br \/>\nTortilla wraps<br \/>\nGarlic salt (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>An adult will need to help you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nAdd some oil\/vegetable oil spray to a wok.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Turn on the cooker to a high heat and add the chicken to the pan.<br \/>\nFry the chicken, add the fajita seasoning and garlic salt.<br \/>\nAdd some mixed peppers and a finely chopped onion and allow to soften.<br \/>\nAdd some more fajita seasoning for flavour and reduce the heat.<br \/>\nHeat up the tortillas in the oven.<br \/>\nSpoon the fajita mix onto a wrap. Add some sauce if you would like.<br \/>\nFollow steps 1, 2 and 3 to wrap your tortilla.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/public\/wbankbluebells\/uploads\/sites\/9129\/2020\/06\/08081640\/IMG-20200607-WA0005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\"><br \/>\nEnjoy! <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f60a.png\" alt=\"&#128522;\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Toast and cheese <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f9c0.png\" alt=\"&#129472;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Get some bread and cheese and with adult help cut the cheese in to slices to put on top of your bread.<\/p>\n<p>With adult help put the grill on and wait a few minutes for it to get warm.<\/p>\n<p>When it&rsquo;s warm enough put the bread with the cheese on it and you can look from a safe distance and watch for the cheese to bubble that&rsquo;s when it&rsquo;s ready <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\"&#128578;\"><\/p>\n<p>Safely take it from the grill and wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Then enjoy <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f60a.png\" alt=\"&#128522;\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Tattie Soup <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f963.png\" alt=\"&#129379;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>YOU WILL NEED ADULT HELP<br \/>\nPotatoes<br \/>\nCarrots<br \/>\nOnion<br \/>\nLeek<br \/>\n2 vegetable stock cubes<br \/>\nSplit lentils<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nWater<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>Wash and peel carrots, chop them into small pieces.<br \/>\nWas and peel potatoes and chop them into medium sized chunks.<br \/>\nWash and chop leek into small pieces.<br \/>\nPeel onion and chop into small pieces.<br \/>\nAdd all the veg to a pan and dissolve the stock cubes in boiling water then ad liquid to pan.<br \/>\nAdd half a cup of split lentils.<br \/>\nMake sure the veg is covered with water add salt to season.<br \/>\nBring to boil then simmer.<br \/>\nCook until potato chunks are soft.<br \/>\nENJOY<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f60b.png\" alt=\"&#128523;\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week, the Bluebells staff thought you could take part in some cooking challenges as a family.
