{"id":2567,"date":"2020-03-04T15:04:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T15:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/willowbankschoolkilmarnock\/2020\/03\/04\/faol-transitions-expressive-art\/"},"modified":"2020-04-24T17:17:57","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T17:17:57","slug":"faol-transitions-expressive-art","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/willowbankschoolkilmarnock\/2020\/03\/04\/faol-transitions-expressive-art\/","title":{"rendered":"FAOL \u2013 Transition\u2019s Expressive Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><strong>Successful Learners &amp; Effective Contributors<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Transition class all showed great interest in this week&rsquo;s art lesson&hellip; <strong>expressive art<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Working <strong>together<\/strong> from one large sheet of paper, the pupils were given the freedom to <strong>create<\/strong> their own marks and drawings, using varied resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>coloured markers, paint, pencils &amp; pens<\/li>\n<li>charcoal<\/li>\n<li>crayon and pastels<\/li>\n<li>paint brushes or different sizes and textures<\/li>\n<li>rollers<\/li>\n<li>stamps<\/li>\n<li>stencils<\/li>\n<li>sponges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the paper dried, the designs were used to make these lovely personalised cards.
