{"id":2257,"date":"2019-11-29T13:38:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-29T13:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/willowbankschoolkilmarnock\/2019\/11\/29\/communication-games\/"},"modified":"2020-01-29T16:20:00","modified_gmt":"2020-01-29T16:20:00","slug":"communication-games","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/ea\/willowbankschoolkilmarnock\/2019\/11\/29\/communication-games\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication Games"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We all took part in circle time this week which had a communication focus.<\/p>\n<p>We played games which required us to listen carefully to instructions, respond appropriately and deliver communications to others.&nbsp; We played charades, &lsquo;Apples and Bananas&rsquo;, parachute counting games and a games called &lsquo;spider web&rsquo; where we had to pass a ball of string to each other but holding onto our own piece and use verbal communication or signs to indicate who we want to pass the string to.&nbsp; We then had to listen carefully to each other as we tried to untangle ourselves!
