Pupils normally wear a sky blue polo shirt and embroidered royal blue sweatshirt with grey/navy trousers or skirt. A school waterproof reversible jacket is also available.
We operate a flexible uniform policy and other items are available. We are more than happy to offer advice and support to children/young people and their families, to find solutions to sensory issues and other sensitivities relating to the wearing of school uniform.
Please also make sure that your child has suitable outdoor clothing as outdoor learning takes place on a regular basis.
Under no circumstances will pupils be deprived of any educational benefit as a result of not adhering to the dress code, in particular, pupils will not be denied access to examinations as a result of not conforming to the dress code.
Help with clothing and footwear costs
If you get Universal Credit, or other benefits, you may be entitled to grants for free school meals, footwear and clothing.
You can get more information and an application form from your school, or from local Council Offices. You can also download an application form here.
The clothing grant is £100 per eligible child. Please note that if your child is starting in fifth year of school, the grant will not be paid until your child starts that year.
Purchasing school uniform
Uniform may be purchased from Ayrshire Schoolwear. The Parent Council has also arranged for school uniform to be purchased via My Clothing. The school office has a small stock of school uniform which is being sold off at a discount price. Please contact us to check if we have any of the items you need.
