Help them to learn how to
- Dress themselves – recognise if clothes are the right way out – know the back from the front.
- Put shoes on the correct feet.
- Go to the toilet on their own and recognise when they need to ask to go. In school due to Covid-19 social distancing and deep cleaning procedures, we will only be using toilets with the rainbow sign. Please talk to your child about this.
- Be able to fasten their school bag.
- Tidy up after themselves.
- Be polite and well mannered.
- Be considerate and kind to others.
- Recognise his/her name when written.
Introduce new experiences as worthwhile and enjoyable.
Encourage him/her to mix with other children, out with the nursery and school environment.
