It is my great pleasure to welcome you to The Robert Burns Academy \u2014 our aim is to provide a vibrant and inclusive learning community where every pupil is supported to thrive. At our heart is a simple but powerful vision:\u00a0“Where we belong… where we reach our potential.” This vision was created five years ago in partnership with our pupils, parents and community members during the creation of our school from the merger of Cumnock Academy and Auchinleck Academy. This vision still holds true today.<\/i><\/div>\n

Inspired by the spirit of our namesake, Robert Burns \u2014 whose words championed equality, respect, and the potential within every individual \u2014 we strive to create a school community that lives out these values every day.<\/i><\/div>\n

As a school community we believe that every young person is an individual and has unique strengths and the ability to achieve great things. Our commitment to\u00a0achievement<\/i>\u00a0means that we set high expectations and provide the encouragement, challenge, and support needed for all to succeed \u2014 academically, personally, and socially.<\/div>\n
