We\u00a0should eat at least five serves of vegetables and two serves of fruit each day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Choose three fruit that you like the best.\u00a0 <strong>Ask an adult<\/strong> to help you and put them in a blender. Add some milk into the blender and blend all the ingredients together.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:\u00a0Bananas will make your smoothie\u00a0 soft and creamy. If you want your smoothie icy cold, you can put some ice cubes into the blender, too.
