Bubble Snakes!

What you need: a plastic bottle, an elastic band, a  sock that is missing its match, dish soap and food colouring (optional).

What you do: First,  ask an adult to cut the bottom of your water bottle off. Next,  slide the sock over the bottom of the bottle.  Then, use the elastic band  to secure your sock. After, pour some dish soap into a shallow container with a little bit of water and gently mix it. You can drop some food colouring onto the sock covered end, too,  if you want to add some colour on your bubble snake! Dip the sock covered bubble blower into the solution and gently blow.

Foam paint making!

For the following foam paint recipe you will need some shaving cream, PVA glue and food colouring!

Mix equal parts shaving cream and glue into a ziplock bag, add your desired food coloring and then, with the bag sealed, squish the bag together until all your ingredients are nicely mixed together.  Then cut off a corner at the bottom of the bag and use it like you’re piping icing. Once your art has been completed, set it aside so the foam can dry and solidify overnight.
