Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to eat frest fruit and vegetables!

Fruit and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that help us  keep  healthy. We should eat at least five serves of vegetables and two serves of fruit each day.

 

Choose three fruit that you like the best.  Ask an adult to help you and put them in a blender. Add some milk into the blender and blend all the ingredients together.

Tips: Bananas will make your smoothie  soft and creamy. If you want your smoothie icy cold, you can put some ice cubes into the blender, too. If your smoothie is very thick add some more milk.
