Dear\u00a0SQA\u00a0Candidates,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Please find some important information below regarding your\u00a0SQA\u00a0Results.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
SQA\u00a0Results\u00a0Day\u00a02025<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Your\u00a0SQA\u00a0Certificate will be delivered to your Home Address on Tuesday 5th\u00a0August 2025.\u00a0The\u00a0SQA\u00a0will send the certificate to\u00a0the address the school holds for you.\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
If you have moved house or changed address, you must inform the school office as soon as possible and provide up to date address details<\/b>.<\/b>\u00a0Otherwise, your certificate will go to the wrong address and you will have to pay\u00a0SQA\u00a0for a replacement.<\/div>\n

We recommend you sign up to receive your\u00a0results\u00a0by text and email at\u00a0MySQA<\/a>.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Appeals<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
You have the right to appeal one or more of your exam\u00a0results\u00a0if you wish to do so. Appeals are free of charge and involve a review of the marking of your exam paper(s). Alternative evidence such as your prelim result, estimated grade or class test scores\u00a0are not considered by\u00a0SQA<\/b>\u00a0in the Appeals process.<\/div>\n

Before\u00a0results\u00a0day, I will issue a Micrsoft form for you to register an appeal with us.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You do not need to call the school, attend school or make contact with any staff to appeal a grade. You should only use the form that I issue to register an appeal. If you contact the school office or your teacher, they will direct you to use the Microsoft form I will issue. School staff will not be available on Results Day to discuss your grades in person, but all queries will be dealt with by me if you submit a query via the forms.<\/div>\n

If your university place for September 2025\u00a0is dependent on an appeal, this will be prioritised by\u00a0SQA.<\/div>\n

Changes to school subjects following\u00a0SQA\u00a0Results<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
There will be an opportunity to make changes to school subjects based on\u00a0SQA\u00a0results\u00a0if you do not achieve the grade you hoped for, or achieved a better grade than expected.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I will email a Microsoft form that you can use to request an options change. There will also be an opportunity for pupils to come in to school on Monday 18th<\/sup>\u00a0August or Tuesday 19th<\/sup>\u00a0August to discuss options changes in person. I will confirm the date\/ time for this before\u00a0SQA\u00a0Results\u00a0day.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Remember that some options changes or combinations will not be possible to the column structure, and that some\u00a0SQA\u00a0subjects are already full. This means that not all requested<\/div>\n
options changes will be possible.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If you wish to change a subject, you must use the form I send you or come in to school in order to do this so that you can return to school on Wednesday 20th August 2025\u00a0with an accurate timetable.<\/div>\n
