Dear SQA Candidates,<\/div>\n

Please find some important information below regarding your SQA Results.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
SQA Results Day 2024<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
Your SQA Certificate will be delivered to your Home Address on Tuesday 6th\u00a0August 2024. The SQA will send the certificate to\u00a0the address the school holds for you.<\/u><\/div>\n
If you have moved house or changed address, you must inform the school office as soon as possible and provide up to date address details<\/b>.<\/b>\u00a0Otherwise, your certificate will go to the wrong address and you will have to pay SQA for a replacement.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We recommend you sign up to receive your results by text and email at\u00a0MySQA<\/a>.<\/div>\n

Appeals<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
You have the right to appeal one or more of your exam results if you wish to do so. Appeals are free of charge and involve a review of the marking of your exam paper(s). Alternative evidence such as your prelim result or assessment scores\u00a0are not considered by SQA<\/b>\u00a0in the Appeals process.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Before results day, I will issue a Micrsoft form for you to register an appeal with us. You do not need to call the school, attend school or make contact with any staff to appeal a grade. You should only use the form that I issue to register an appeal. If you contact the school office or your teacher, they will direct you to use the Microsoft form I will issue.<\/div>\n

If your university place for September 2024 is dependent on an appeal, this will be prioritised by SQA.<\/div>\n

Changes to school subjects following SQA Results<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
There will be an opportunity to make changes to school subjects based on SQA results if you do not achieve the grade you hoped for, or achieved a better grade than expected.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I will email a Microsoft form that you can use to request an options change. There will also be an opportunity for pupils to come in to school on Monday 19th<\/sup>\u00a0August or Tuesday 20th<\/sup>\u00a0August to discuss options changes in person. I will confirm the date\/ time for this before SQA Results day.<\/div>\n

Remember that some options combinations will not be possible to the column structure, and that some SQA subjects are already full. This means that not all requested<\/div>\n
options changes will be possible.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If you wish to change a subject, you must use the form I issue or come in to school in order to do this so that you can return to school on Wednesday 21st<\/sup>\u00a0August 2024 with an accurate timetable.<\/div>\n
