Following their success at our school Young Musician Competition last month, Gregor C (S5) and Lucy M (S3) both represented Stewarton Academy at the East Ayrshire Young Musician Competition which took place on Monday 20th April in Stewarton Area Centre.<\/p>\n

Lucy sang Maybe This Time in the Junior competition, and although she wasn’t awarded a place, she performed incredibly well and received positive feedback from the adjudicators.

Gregor performed a piece on snare drum and one on marimba in the Senior competition.\u00a0 He also played incredibly well, garnering positive feedback from the adjudicators, and was awarded Runner Up.
