There has been A LOT of excitement today in P1/2/3 as most of our butterflies have now hatched from their Chrysalis π¦
We have gave them some oranges to eat in the meantime while we wait on the others to hatch before releasing them into the wild ππ¦
How amazing!
Primary 1/2/3 learned all about Scotlandβs football history today in preparation for the big match!!
We made Scotland flags to wave during the game and danced A LOT to βYes sir, I can boogie!β ππ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
We have had a busy few days in P1/2/3 painting our plant pots in preparation for planting our Sunflower seeds today π»
We learned all about the life cycle of a Sunflower and canβt wait to watch ours grow!

In class, we have began the topic of time and so for numeracy homework this week I would like pupils to practise telling the time on both analogue and digital clocks. This can be done using different methods of measuring time at home or through the game linked below.
P1 – read analogue and digital time to o’clock.
P2 – read analogue and digital time to o’clock and half past.
P3 – read analogue and digital time to o’clock, half past and quarter past.
Our class caterpillars have began the process of forming their Chrysalis! We have been totally amazed watching this happen right before our very eyes and cannot wait to see the changes on Monday again!! πππ
Our soon to be new Primary 1βs had lots of fun today visiting Sorn π
They enjoyed a tour of the school, some outdoor PE and fun games with Barry and making their very own Gruffalo!! π€©π»
