Tonight our Junior Road Safety Officers Abbie and Olivia went to the local Beavers\u2019 group to talk about road safety.<\/p>\n

They had prepared a poster for the children which they talked about to help them remember the road safety rules.<\/p>\n

\nOnce they had explained the rules for crossing a road, Abbie and Olivia asked the children to design a road safety mascot and to draw it crossing the road.<\/p>\n

The children worked extremely hard and Abbie and Olivia found it very difficult to narrow it down to choose a winner! \u00a0But they persevered!<\/p>\n

\nAll the children were given a road safety reflective keyring.<\/p>\n

We would like to thank Mrs Handling for inviting our J.R.S.O.s along and both of them put a lot of preparation into the event and were a credit to our school.<\/p>\n
