All staff and pupils in the SLC had a say in the terms of the Charter and created it together. First of all, we identified four rights that are particularly important to us. These are:<\/p>\n<p>Article 28 &#8211; Right to Education<\/p>\n<p>Article 12 &#8211; Right for Views of the Child<\/p>\n<p>Article 2 &#8211; Non-discrimination<\/p>\n<p>Article 19 &#8211; Protection from Violence, Abuse and Neglect<\/p>\n<p>We then agreed on the actions we all need to take to ensure that everyone&#8217;s rights are respected in the SLC.
