Take a look at the different activities you can become involved in. Although we are still under the restrictions of Covid, we are trying to find ways that can allow us as staff to promote positive health and wellbeing. Some of these activities we are already taking part in and other&#8217;s have been prepared to launch once we are allowed to meet in groups again! \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why not sign up to become a &#8216;<strong>Secret Friend<\/strong>&#8216;. Why not join our <strong>Book Group<\/strong> where you can donate any books to share, swap or discuss with others over a cuppa and a biscuit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday lunches<\/strong> just got exciting! Order in from our\u00a0 Piper&#8217;s cafe for some delicious food!\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knitting\/Crochet<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0 This particular acivity is great for your overall mental health! Did you know it can lower blood pressure? Such a lovely and calming way to spend some company with friends.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Booze Club<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0 Each month someone provides lunch and the other members bring in a bottle of their choice for the host! Win win!\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tabletop\/Board<\/strong> game club. Game night is always good fun&#8230;well unless you are Monica!
