This week we started a new novel study, <em>The Butterfly Lion<\/em>. We have been looking at persuasive language and how we use this in our everyday lives.<\/p>\n<p>In maths we were revising our multiplication and division strategies. We also started learning about 2D and 3D shapes.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our topic work we were discussing what we already know about natural disasters. This week we focussed on volcanoes and looked at how volcanic eruptions happen. In ICT we were learning how to create a secure password and we were using a website to check how secure a password is and how quickly it could be cracked.<\/p>\n<p>We were also working on our skills development by building bridges that had to be at least 50cm long &amp; that a small car could go across.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-409 gallery-columns-3
