This week in literacy we focused on the skills we need for writing, creating stories inspired by different pictures. We have also continued to read and explore the novel ‘Matilda’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In science we focused on floating and sinking this week. To explore this, we created our own paper boats which we then tested in the water using objects to try to weigh them down.<\/p>\n

In numeracy we have been focusing on subtraction of 3 and 4 digit numbers with and without an exchange. We have used dice and cards to create our numbers for our calculations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
