This week we continued our ‘Artist of the Week’<\/em> study. We teamed up with P3\/4 to discover more about the very famous artist Vincent Van Gogh<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We learned about a type of art called still life and were inspired by one of his most famous works ‘Sunflowers’.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We used oil pastels to create our own beautiful pieces of art.<\/p>\n

Our art will be on display for you to have a look at during our literacy open morning on Wednesday next week!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week we also finished up our novel study of ‘The Twits’.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

P4\/5 and Mrs Govans managed to trick Miss Mclean by turning our classroom upside down! She thought that our class had been visited by Muggle-Wump and we found it very funny!<\/em><\/p>\n
