This week we went for our first class walk to the river. We had lots of fun throwing stones in the water and spotted lots of interesting things including butterflies, brambles, the leaves starting to change colour and a birds egg.<\/p>\n

In literacy we have been continuing to work on using punctuation in our writing. Alfie produced some super writing this week using a range of punctuation marks.<\/p>\n

Demi was a great word detective and managed to find a word with our focus phoneme ‘oe’ in her reading book.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In numeracy we have been reinforcing partitioning and Number Talk strategies. We have also been learning to read and write numbers in words.<\/p>\n

We have been learning about different types of energy in Science and have been creating ‘All About Me’ digital collages in Technology.<\/p>\n
