Paper copies of the poems have been given to all pupils to learn at home and are also shown below. The Primary 2 poem is <em>Twa-Leggit Mice<\/em> by J K Annand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Twa-Leggit Mice by J K Annand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">My mither says that we hae mice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">That open air-ticht tins<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And eat her chocolate biscuits<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And cakes and siclike things.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Nae doubt it is an awfu shame<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">That mice should get the blame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">It\u2019s really me that rypes the tins<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">When left alane at hame.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">But jings! Deary me!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Noo, juist you haud it that wey till<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I get my specs and see!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">My, so it is \u2013 and there\u2019s the skelf!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Noo, dinna greet nae mair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">See there \u2013 my needle\u2019s gotten\u2019t out!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">I\u2019m sure that wasna sair?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And noo, to make it hale the morn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Put on a wee bit saw.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">And tie a bonnie hankie roun\u2019t \u2013<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Noo, there na \u2013 rin awa\u2019!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Your finger sair ana\u2019?
